Our story
Built by an engineer, run like it matters
TCOM was founded in Brisbane by Paul Thompson, after more than 30 years working across the global telecommunications and IT industries. That experience — from carrier networks to broadcast chains — shapes how we work: proven technology, an extensive computing and information technology skill base, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Today TCOM is a Managed Service Provider across IT, OT and broadcast technologies — designing and manufacturing the audio processors used by stations across Australia, hosting their streams on Australian infrastructure, and quietly looking after the IT, OT and telephone systems of organisations from mid-sized business through to government.
